Meet The Legal Team

Experience: Prior to Dental and Medical Counsel, I was an Orthodontic Dental Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator in the Dental field. I previously worked in a Pediatric Dental office while continuing my education for law at the same time. Working with kids and seeing their personal dental journey was amazing and something I will always cherish.

Once I completed school I applied here at Dental and Medical Counsel.  I am a corporate paralegal at Dental and Medical Counsel. I assist the attorneys with practice start-ups, mergers, and acquisitions. I will oversee the incorporations, trade marketing, as well finalizing documents. My work will include analyzing contracts, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities. I will be drafting contract provisions for client practices, asset and real estate purchase and sale, employment, and partnerships.  I am a value-driven paralegal that will successfully support Dental and Medical Counsel and its clients.

Fun: Outside of my legal world I love to cook new food dishes, bake desserts, dance the night away, and laugh with my loved ones. I love to travel, explore new adventures and cultures. Best place I have travel to so far has been El Salvador, to see where my dad and family grew up. Outdoors I love to hike, swim, and wakeboard on the water. I love spending time with my family. We often go camping, boating, and to the snow.  I love watching football and I am big San Francisco Niners fan.
